2. Description of the Service

HustleMode AI is a motivational and accountability tool that uses artificial intelligence to deliver coaching-style messages, prompts, and summaries intended to encourage discipline, consistency, and goal progress.

5. Subscriptions, Billing, and Refunds

The Service is offered on a recurring subscription basis at $29 per month, plus any applicable taxes. Your subscription automatically renews until you cancel. Except where required by law, all payments are non-refundable.
